Accordingly, we aim at introducing an educational system and athletic training exercises that promote human values and talents and empower children’s personalities to be able to face the world with faithful hearts, creative and progressive minds. This educational and athletic methodology can be achieved through the building of an educational system that is parallel and complementary to the existing educational paradigm, regulations, and policies, which will finally lead us to graduate a professional, highly qualified and distinguished character for the player.

Common Vision

Our vision acquires investment in our children’s rearing, and their constant observation in order to provide them with the conditions deemed necessary for improvement and creativeness. Correspondently, children’s rearing should consider the aspects of health development whether were physical, mental, or psychological.

Working Methodology

The Academy has adopted a methodology that consistently coincides with the educational standards and the assigned objectives of the Academy. Students of the academy will receive specialized education, in addition to professional football training courses, which simultaneously echoes their cultural environment thus aiming to create lasting bedrock that improves the students’ ability to adapt to the evolving cognitive reality witnessed in our changing world. In addition, courses on social and sport education are to be introduced. The Academy provides the advice and guidance on students’ diet, as well as strategies needed for maintaining general health as students subject to periodical health check by a medical team.

Continuous observation and assessment mechanism is adopted to assess the performance of students, and their level of progress. The evolution of students’ performance will be also measured through tests and teachers’ evaluation. Analysis to measure students’ strengths, weakness, and limitations is to be conducted to develop the students’ capacities thus giving them the opportunity for self- improvement.

The process of continuous evaluation is to be adopted through the following mechanisms:
